The weekend has been busy. John had a much needed Chiropractic appointment Saturday morning. John said he felt better after the visit. He goes for another visit next Saturday morning. John, Liv, Mollie and myself then headed to the barn. Maui was getting her feet done. When we got there we were able to have Maui join the mare's herd. Maui and the mares have been getting acquainted for a week over the fence. Our barn owners follow a strict rule of keeping new horses in isolation for the first two weeks. We all really appreciate that practice for everyone's safety. It was an uneventful meeting. Maui was very excited to be running around and the other mares were like big deal. It went very well. Maui then came in to get her feet done. She was better than I thought she would be. We were very proud of Maui.
When we came home we found that Noah had a minor bike riding accident. Noah was riding his bike around our development when his bike chain came off. Well, that sent Noah to the ground, face first. So he now has road rash on his nose. Ouch!
Will made a great purchase for himself today. Will has the second oldest desktop computer in the house. He has been due for a new computer. So today he took the plunge. He purchased the special off QVC. It's an amazing HP laptop. It is a 17'3 screen in HD, 500GB hard drive and 6GB of Ram. It can also play Blu-ray discs. Will is going to be so happy with his purchase.
