Liv and Nick took their first ever fall. Nick took a jump too deep in the schooling ring and he fell and rolled and down Liv came. It was very scary for both of them and us! Liv got up, dusted off and continued schooling. Of course after Liv’s coach, Katie George, made sure they were both OK. Liv and Nick went on to compete in their schooling hunter division. They did a fine job. They didn’t pin but it was a large class with some top notch horses entered. We were very proud of both of them. Liv will kill me for posting this photo. She hates her equitation in this photo. I just wanted to show how amazing Nick performed after his fall. What an awesome horse! He has such a huge heart and we are blessed to have him.
Yesterday we were able to finally get to the movies. It was a birthday outing for Noah and Oliver’s birthday. We went to see “Shrek”. It was a great movie. Very funny! We all had a great time. I do know why we don’t get to go often though. Expensive for my size crew.
