Courtney King-Dye Update 3-18-10

Lendon Grey has posted another update on Courtney King-Dye today.  It reads as follows:

Courtney was moved to "step-down" today. She has a private room. She started more physical therapy, having all part of her body moved, and opened her eyes once during that. But otherwise she was very quiet, mostly just holding Jason's hand.
