The bitter cold has made it's presence known again. We had two days of upper 40's. It was nice. Some of the household has gotten the dreaded flu. Will got it the worst. He actually had to go to the ER on Sunday night. He was diagnosed with severe flu. No, not the swine flu. He was given antibiotics for a ten day period. He is feeling better. John and Mollie are also suffering from the flu. I have been spraying Lysol and have everyone washing hands a lot. I sure hope we aren't still suffering from this over Christmas break.
Olivia and I were called to duty on Monday. We went and helped our barn owner with stalls. We were glad to help. It is not easy work. There are 26 stalls at our barn.
This is also my first posting using my new laptop. It arrived Monday. I was super excited to get it up and running. I have never had a laptop of my own. I have the oldest computer desktop in the house. John and the girls insisted that I get it. I'm really glad they did because I'm enjoying it more than I thought I would. Thanks guys!
