Ah, Christmas Day.  All the preparations have been made and now to enjoy!  We started off Christmas Eve with a lovely meal prepared by Crystal, Will's girlfriend.  Most of the gang then watched a movie together.  It was a great evening.  Christmas day was so stress free.  We got up to so the young children could open their presents that Santa brought them.  Harley was thrilled with his gifts.  Noah came down to find a new bike waiting for him.  He even asked us who the bike was for.  He sat on the bike to open the rest of his gifts.  Noah said he was speechless.  Noah hasn't been feeling to great the last day or so and you can sure see it the picture of him on his bike.  He is such a trooper though and had a great morning.  Mollie and Olivia were thrilled with their gifts as well.  We then got ready for our traditional meal at the Chinese buffet.  It was delicious.  Then Nannie, Harley and Noah came back home to relax and play with their new things.  The rest of us headed out to the movies.  We chose "Sherlock Holmes".  It was a great movie but a little long.  Robert Downey Jr. did an awesome job.  So did Jude Law.

So now starts John's vacation time.  To me Christmas is not just one day it's the time between Christmas and New Year's.  It's a great time to be with family and enjoy the little things.  We surely will enjoy being together.  These opportunities don't come along too often.

From our house to yours we wish you a blessed New Year!
