Ah, it's back to reality today.  After such a lovely long weekend it's a hard thing to do.  I have plenty of chores to get caught up on.  On Saturday we took Olivia and a friend of hers to practice at Birchtown stables.  They had such a fun time.  I did get some photos but they didn't turn out that well.  It's hard to get good photos in the large indoor they have.  Sunday was the first show of the winter series.  It was a good turn out.  Olivia and Nick have improved and progressed so much.  It was evident watching them at the show.  Nick is now using his hind end more and looking so good.  Olivia and Nick took two seconds and a third in the easy hunter division.  I would say that is a good thing.  They had some stiff competition too.

John went back to work yesterday in the evening.  It was a much deserved break for him.  He will be home for a week at Christmas and we can't wait.  

We now have some of our friends at the barn with us now.  It will be so nice for Olivia to have yet another lovely young lady to be friends with.  :)  As you can tell we are excited about that.
